Basic Membership | The Total Solution

What we do…
30 minute workout - This is a comprehensive workout, combining weighted machines and cardiovascular exercises. The circuit is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups, while increasing your heart rate to aid in burning fat. Ideal for the busy woman!

Need more of a challenge? Each member will receive daily personal attention.  Because our trainers work with you one-on-one, they know YOUR fitness needs and goals.  They are able to customize each workout to meet your daily and long-term needs.

Basic Membership includes:

  • Weighted circuit training
  • One-on-one fitness training
  • Guided Assistance with each workout

Basic memberships come in 3, 6, and 12 month options and are paid on a monthly basis, or can be paid in full for a discount!
